Attorney Matthew A. Valanzola has over 15 years of residential and commercial real estate experience, 8 years of which he worked as Owners’ Representative for the largest commercial real estate development company in the Country. During this time he represented numerous clients developing commercial space in downtown Boston, ranging from high use office to retail space. His extensive experience managing all phases of the development process — from business planning and conceptual planning to design, construction and occupancy — affords him a unique opportunity to understand clients’ goals and needs.
