Massachusetts by virtue of its small size and high number of lawyers is one of the most competitive states for personal injury claims. Qlegal has worked with one of Massachusetts' top personal injury law firms for over four years. At the outset of the program the firm had a flash heavy Website with a flash movie intro. Qlegal opened up the homepage to be more reflective of each of the personal injury practice groups and developed structured and dedicated program of Practice Group Optimization that was targeted to generate potential case leads. A new focus of the Website was to feature the previous successes of the firm and leverage the personal injury expertise to convert more clients and connect existing clients back to the firm with an e-newsletter. The firm has received a steady increase in monthly lead flow rising from little to no leads per month to over hundreds of inquiries per month.
